PROJECT LEADER: On location for the Hershey's account  managing the production of packaging for Candy, Mints & Gum division and the Salty Snacks division

Hershey's CMG & Salty Snacks

Working with Hershey Marketing, Graphics and Prepress Teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of graphics on Hershey packaging. Project Lead for the Hershey Print Quality Management Program which monitors the print production quality across the Printpack organization. 

Line Extensions & Innovations

Work with multiple locations to assist in working towards correct color standards and ensure brand compliance.

Skinny Pop Redesign

Onboarding for Skinny Pop product line. Managed redesign for over 60 SKUs. Enlisted the Printpack plants to the ColorCert Print Quality Program. 

Dot's Onboarding

Onboarding for the Dot's product line as well as manage several line extensions.  Attended on site press approvals with the Hershey's Stategic Design Managers and Color Specialists.

Morley - Saginaw, MI

PRODUCTION MANAGER: Managed graphics and production for the three divisions Meetings & Incentives, Call Centers, and Exhibit and Displays

Marketing and Corporate Communications 

Manage creative resources to produce digital and print collateral for the Marketing and Communications Departments.

Tech Recruiting

Managed all of the print collateral for the Corporate Communications Department in order to support recruiting events for the call centers.  In this case it was for recruiting GM service technicians.

Superhero Campaign

This initiative was to engage associates in the call centers to avoid attrition rates for employee attendance. We created a monthly comic book that featured a different call center each month portraying them  as heroes.

Meetings and Incentives

Helped create print and digital collateral as well as presentations for national sales events for top tier automobile manufactures. Set up the registration websites for these events as well.  We also created Power Point presentations for corporate seminars designing the layouts and making sure they were brand compliant.

SGK / Matthews - Battle Creek, MI

PACKAGING MANAGER: Contracted through Kellogg to work on site at the corporate headquarters to manage production of their consumer packaging.

Kellogg's

Responsibilities include managing print and creative processes while working with all critical Kellogg process owners.

Keebler Cookies Redesign

Keebler Cookie Redesign. The product line printed Flexo subsequently design strategy was managed for limits of Flexo printing. For example, limited drop shadows were used. Draw downs were requested based on the substrates being utilized.

Rice Krispies - OTG Packs

Worked with Litho suppliers for the On-The-Go cartons. Rice Krispies for example, was managed for both inner packaging and the outer cartons for color consistency and brand compliance

Third Party Approvals

On-The-Go, Cookies, Graham Crackers, and Fruity Snacks all participated in national promotions from Disney movies to characters like Harry Potter.  Artwork was routed for review including routing to the third parties who owned the licensing for the  characters that were to be on the packaging.

Corporate Events and Tradeshows

Determine key criteria for trade show displays design, implementation, and budget requirements. Ensure client satisfaction with products and services strengthening long-term relationship and loyalty.

Interior Sponser Walls

Using direct to surface printing, metalic stand off letters, reverse etched acrylic this doner display was created.

Exhibits and Displays

Interlocking metal framing was used along with dyesublimated fabric to create the murals.  Metalic standoffs were used for lettering and logo.

Recognition Walls

Acrylic circles with vinyl letterin on the second surface. Acrylic circles attached with stand offs.  Header and title are applied vinyl lettering.
